Our two biggest concerns are your happiness and your new pet's well being. We strive to make your experience with Sadler Reptiles as pleasant as possible. To inquire about a gecko(s), please email us with the ID number(s) and your zip code. We will respond as quickly as possible (generally within 24 hours) to give you the price quote. Overnight shipping for most orders will be less than $50.
Once your final decision has been made, we will send you a paypal request with the total (including shipping). Shipping for most orders will be $50 or less. If you would prefer, we also accept money orders and personal checks, though we will not ship until the payment has cleared.
If you live within driving distance of Baltimore, Maryland you are welcome to pick up your new pet.
We offer a discount on multiple purchases. The exact discount will depend on the type and number of geckos purchased.
All live animals will be overnighted via Fed-Ex or UPS. We prefer to ship Fex-Ex as we are certified to ship live reptiles through them. As soon as the reptile ships, we will email you with the tracking number. We prefer shipping out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays incase a problem arises with the carrier. Sadler Reptiles will not be responsible for carrier shipping delays.
One thing we stress is that someone must be at the shipping address to receive the package. If no one is there to accept the package, we cannot guarantee live arrival. We reserve the right to hold a live animal due to severe temperatures. After all is said and done the most important thing is the gecko's health.
Shipping to anywhere in the continental US is generally less than $50 and includes all packaging supplies and heat/cold packs if needed. We do not ship outside of the 48 continental states... yet.
We guarantee live arrival as well as the health of your pet for one week following shipping. As stated above, both of these guarantees are waved if the package is not signed for at the first delivery attempt. If your new pet were to pass during the first week you own it, we will replace it or refund the cost minus shipping charges contingent upon photographs or return of the body (at our discretion). If in the extremely unfortunate event that your new pet is DOA you must notify us within 5 hours of delivery. If we do not hear from you within five hours we assume the reptile arrived live and healthy. Either high quality photographic proof or the return of the animal will be requested at our discretion. Should you think something is wrong with your new pet, please contact us at the very first sign.
Our health guarantee extends for the first week your own your new pet, but our support continues for as long as your need it. No question is too small. If you have any concern at all, especially about the health of the animal, please do not hesitate to email us.
We stand by the quality and health of each and every gecko we produce, but we must also emphasize the importance of quarantining all new animals. We will never ship an animal that we believe isn't 100% healthy, but it is your responsibility as the new owner to properly quarantine before introducing into your collection.
We guarantee that our geckos have been sexed correctly unless stated as "unsexed" or "probable". An unsexed gecko is labeled as such due to the fact that it is simply too young to sex. A gecko labeled as a probable male or female is a guess based on developing signs such as pre-anal pores. If you receive an incorrectly sexed gecko (determined within the first week after shipment), send the animal back to us via overnight and we will give you credit or a replacement and reimburse you for shipping.
